1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the use of voidinsider.com and all services offered on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Our services

VoidInsider currently operates a blog — articles you can read freely, and comment on with an account — and a cricket scoring application for recording matches, managing teams and tournaments, and following live scorecards. Reading published content never requires an account.

3. Accounts

Registration requires accurate information and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

VoidInsider is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit articles or match data without written permission, interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create (comments, scorecards, match data). By submitting it you grant VoidInsider a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and make it available within the platform. You are responsible for content you post; we may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Articles, design, and software of VoidInsider are protected by copyright and remain the property of the operator or respective rights holders. Statutory exceptions (such as quotation) remain unaffected.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Content is provided with care but without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose; live scores and statistics are best-effort and may contain errors. Editorial content is general information, not professional advice — see our Editorial Policy.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place), limited to the damage foreseeable and typical at the time of use. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected. VoidInsider is free of charge; §§ 521, 599 BGB apply accordingly to gratuitous services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms with effect for the future, for example when we launch new features or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page; material changes to account-based services will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

10. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you use the site as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Severability

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
