Editorial Policy

Our editorial standards
VoidInsider publishes articles that are accurate, fair, and genuinely useful to readers. Every piece of content we publish must meet the following standards before it goes live:
- Accuracy — claims are verified against primary sources, official data, or subject-matter expertise before publication.
- Independence — editorial decisions are made free of advertiser influence. Commercial relationships never determine which topics we cover or how we cover them.
- Transparency — we disclose conflicts of interest, commercial relationships, and the use of AI-assistance clearly.
- Fairness — we present multiple perspectives on contested topics and do not misrepresent the views of individuals or organisations.
AI-assistance disclosure
VoidInsider may use AI tools to assist in drafting, structuring, or researching content. However, every article is reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by a named human editor before publishing. AI-generated drafts are treated as a starting point, not a finished product. The named author or editor takes full editorial responsibility for the published text.
We believe in honesty about our process: AI assistance may speed up drafting, but it does not replace human judgment, source verification, or editorial oversight.
Correction policy
We correct factual errors promptly and transparently. When a significant correction is made to a published article, we note the change at the bottom of that article with a brief description of what was corrected and the date of correction. Minor corrections (spelling, grammar, formatting) may be applied silently.
To report an error, contact us via the email address listed on our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge error reports within 2 business days and publish corrections within 5 business days where warranted.
Sourcing standards
Our sourcing hierarchy, in order of preference:
- Primary sources — official statistics, peer-reviewed research, regulatory filings
- Expert interviews and on-the-record statements
- Established news organisations with a track record of corrections
- Secondary analyses where primary data is unavailable, clearly labelled as such
We do not publish unverified rumours or claims from anonymous sources without independent corroboration.
Affiliate links and commercial relationships
VoidInsider is an ad-supported, independent publication. Some articles contain affiliate or partner links, marked clearly in the text. When you click a marked partner link and make a purchase or sign up, VoidInsider may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links use the rel="sponsored" attribute as required by search-engine guidelines.
Commercial relationships never influence our editorial recommendations. We only link to products and services we believe are relevant to our readers. The presence of an affiliate link does not imply an endorsement of the linked product or service.

Readers should seek qualified professional advice before making financial or legal decisions based on anything published here.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, information may become outdated. VoidInsider accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on content published on this site.
