About VoidInsider
One platform. Many apps. Built to last.
The founder
VoidInsider is built and operated by Milan Buha, a solo software engineer based in Germany. Milan designs, develops, and runs every part of the platform — from the Django REST API and Next.js frontend to the self-hosted Proxmox homelab that powers it all in production. There is no team, no investors, and no outside influence on editorial or product decisions.
Our mission
VoidInsider exists to bring editorial content and practical web apps together under a single, focused platform. We believe readers and users are better served when the tools they use every day feel cohesive, honest, and built with care — not bolted together from disparate services. Every feature we ship is meant to be durable, accessible, and genuinely useful.
Our apps
Blog
A modern reading experience with articles across technology, sports, lifestyle, and finance. Registered readers can react, bookmark, and comment.
Cricket
A full-featured cricket scoring application. Record matches ball-by-ball, manage teams and tournaments, and follow live scorecards and leaderboards.
Tech stack
VoidInsider is built on a pragmatic, well-proven stack chosen for reliability and developer productivity:
- Django — the backend framework powering our REST API, authentication, and business logic.
- Next.js — the React framework driving our frontend, with server-rendered pages and fast client navigation.
- PostgreSQL — the relational database that stores everything from blog posts to cricket match data.
- Celery — the task queue handling background jobs, scheduled work, and asynchronous processing.
- Proxmox homelab — the self-hosted infrastructure that runs the entire platform in production.
