  3. Raise arms overhead, keeping fingers spread and engaged.

  4. Maintain a straight back or slight arch as you breathe deeply.

  5. Hold hips facing forward and breathe slowly and deeply.

3.Warrior II (Virbhadrasana II)

  1. From Warrior I lunge, twist your torso so your shoulders are parallel to the front leg.

  2. Extend arms straight out to the sides, not overhead.

  3. Keep your head forward and gaze strong.

  4. Breathe deeply and hold.

4. Cat-Cow pose

  1. Start on all fours, back flat, eyes gaze down.

  2. Inhale, arch back and lift head (Cow pose).

  3. Exhale, round back and tuck chin (Cat pose).

5. High Plank (Phalakasana)

  1. Start on all fours, then extend both legs back for a flat back.

  2. Keep palms flat under shoulders, core engaged.

  3. Maintain a straight body line, neck neutral, and breathe deeply.
